A $25M manufacturer breached its EBITDA covenants with its bank loans. Had the bank called the loan, the company would have gone into bankruptcy. We worked with the bank to hold off default while securing replacement financing — meanwhile, cost cuts and legal restructuring lifted EBITDA by $1.1M with no increase in revenue.
